All the exercises and elements of practice are very simple, but behind this simplicity is the infinite depth of mastering.

The practice triggers your internal natural mechanisms of purification from accumulated tension and pattern programs. 

PRACTICE OF THESE ELEMENTS WILL ALLOW YOU:

TO RELEASE FROM IRRITATION AND DISCONNECT

Any irritation occurs due to the non-acceptance of the world and yourself. The meditation allows to get rid of this tension.

For half an hour together we will forget about the illusory worries, prejudices and everything that separates us from each other and take a step towards our true nature.

Since childhood I have been able to gain a very concentrated life experience. I traveled a lot and performed with a dance group. I moved several times: Gorlovka, Kiev, Australia. And thanks to this I saw - no matter what is your culture, religion, social status, what everyone really wants is happiness and love. At the same time, for some reason, most of us are stuck in some imaginary problems, looking for someone guilty outside, although the life in a way we see it is just the result of our perception. 

I was very interested in psychology, self-cognition, everything related to awareness. I was looking at this world as at Pandora's Box, but I didn't know what key to pick up to get out of the darkness of brainwashing by mass media and stereotypes. I achieved success in sports, became an award-winner in many championships. I learned on "event management". I succeeded at work, in my personal life. In fact, I lived the life of my dreams on the golden coast, but something very important was still missing for me. 

I collected all the attributes of happiness, and there was no filling. There was an inner emptiness. At the School I found everything I needed for real happiness. This is the meaning of life, depth and path of development. Every day I learn more and more how to interact with life. 

Life responds me more and more thanks to the practical knowledge of the school, and this is the best reward for me to share this knowledge with you!

Thanks to my commitment I achieved all the goals that I set for myself. I realized myself as a mother, a businesswoman, and as a wife. The search for happiness made me move forward from goal to goal. But, having achieved everything desired, a feeling of emptiness and disappointment arose. It turned out that all the material goals did not bring peace to the soul. There was a feeling that we were born for something more, than running from goal to goal. The search for truth has begun.

A couple of years ago I got to know the School. Here I finally found the answers to all the questions that did not leave me. I gained knowledge, teacher and an environment, where I can develop. Thanks to the opportunity to realize my true purpose, I have this feeling of happiness, I have strength and the will to live and to learn myself and a life.

Revealing my true nature, I felt happiness more and more. I gained a foothold. There was a great desire to share knowledge with people about the most important thing - about their true nature, and make them happy. When you see how people are changing, how they become happier, it fills and makes you happy!

Body: the knee joint stopped hurting, bearing recovers very quickly. Generally, I have began to feel my body much deeper from within.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A BETTER PRACTICE 

Follow vegan diet (exclude all foods of animal origin)

The body spends 75-80% of the energy to digest the food. We can help our body to free itself from the accumulated stress by switching to a plant-based diet, since this diet requires less energy for digestion. This means that your body will have more energy to cleanse and regenerate itself faster.  

Do not eat during the class and 40 minutes after it

During the meal, our attention is focused on digestion, so subtlety and sensuality of perception is lost. Thus, we slow down the processes of restructuring the body and lose the effectiveness of a practice.

Exclude the use of alcohol at least a day before the classes and cigarettes 40 minutes before and after the classes

The session launches the process of cleansing from the accumulated tension and pattern programs of the mind and the whole nervous system. This causes considerable pressure on your body. And if you combine practice with taking alcohol or any other psychotropic substances, you risk worsening your health and well-being.
