Wear comfortable clothes and prepare a yoga mat, a chair and a notebook with a pen.
Exclude smoking and drinking alcohol at least 3 days before the start of the practice, during the practice and 3 days after. Failure to comply with this condition can lead to a sharp deterioration in health. Adjust to a vegan diet for the entire period of the course and 3 days after (we exclude all products of animal origin)
Eliminate entertainment (no listening to music, watching movies and videos, reading books, intimate relationships - that is, everything that leads to the excitement of the mind) 3 days before the start of classes, during the course and 3 days after.
Attend all classes of the course without missing or being late. Do all homework and attend private lessons on schedule. Be ready for internal discipline and work on yourself.

For Online participants: There should be no strangers, children or pets in your the room during our live sessions.
For Online participants: Availability of the ZOOM APP and a webcam is mandatory.
Classes online are held with cameras turned on so that we can see each other and interact freely.
In case of violation of the conditions, failure to follow the instructions of the instructor, the participant can be suspended from further training without compensation or other claims.
